Delivery and returns

I/ Delivery

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products.

Delivery takes place, according to the Customer's choice, either by withdrawal of the Products by click and collect, or by receipt of the Products at the postal address indicated, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company).

The countries in which the Customer can place orders and have them delivered are those listed on the Site.

The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Sites at the time of payment.

If the Order contains pre-order Products and other Products, they will be sent together.

When KD Presse is responsible for the delivery of the Product, the risks of loss or deterioration of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery. The Customer must check the conformity of the Products to his Order at the time of Delivery and immediately indicate any anomalies noted (open package, damaged Product, missing Product, etc.) on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature.

 

 

1. Processing times

The processing time (order preparation time) is between 1 (one) and 12 (twelve) days.

 

 

2. Delivery times

The indicative delivery times are as follows:

FRANCE

FedEx Priority: next business day (end of day)

FedEx Priority Express:  next business day (midday)

FedEx First:  next business day (early morning)

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

FedEx Regional Economy: 1-4 business days

FedEx International Economy: 2-4 business days

FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days (end of day)

FedEx International Priority Express: 1-3 business days (midday)

FedEx International First: next business day (early morning)

 

 

II/ Returns

The Customer may choose to return all or part of their Order by post, within 30 (thirty) days, at their own expense. Once received, the Order will be refunded.
